Came to my house recently for emergency roofing repairs. We received regular updates from the office and were well-informed of the steps involved in completing the task.. It was evident that the boys showed up on time, worked diligently the entire day, and shown excellent manners and pride in their work. As expected, everything went according to plan. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

Our factory's roof was recently replaced. On a regular basis, the company notified us of the progress of the project and kept us informed of the steps involved. This group of young men arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day. They also acted courteously and took pride in their work. You won't be dissatisfied, this is the best roofing company because everything went according to schedule and within price. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

New Port Richey Roofing did an excellent job when they replaced the roof on my home and my large garage. The crew was excellent, finished in a timely manner, kept the area clean, and worked very hard morning until dusk. The company owner, gave us an excellent competitive price and provided us with a beautiful roof including four skylights. This company has worked extensively in New Port Richey Roofing was recommended to me by a neighbor.

I have used this company twice and find them extremely professional and fairly priced. They send a detailed description of the work to be done, including photographs. The roofers are friendly and work efficiently although they are quite happy to discuss the job with you.

You might be able to find a few roofers in New Port Richey that will lay new shingles over existing shingles and avoid the cost of a tear-off. However, a quality roofing company knows placing new shingles over old ones is never a good idea. Whether repairing one section of roof, or a replacing a whole one, it's always best to pull up the old shingles before putting down the new one.
In our experience, most old-style asphalt roofs start to fail after 18 and 20 years. If your roof is between 18 – 20 years of age, you have gotten a good amount of life out of it. It is probably going to be time to replace it. If your roof is 20 years old but shows no other signs of wear and tear, have a trusted roofing contractor look at it to make sure all is good.
