This is not as family friendly as they advertise themselves to be. Mall security are poorly trained and poorly educated. At the interactive display a pregnant woman and her children were enjoying the displays when a security officer demanded they leave the area and followed the woman and kids out verbally abusing the woman the entire time. When the woman's husband confronted the security officer about his behavior toward an obviously pregnant woman and children, the security officer stated "no one cares that your wife is pregnant." The security officer was out of line.

My family always has a blast coming here. It's very kid friendly but bring your wallet. Spent 3+ hours on 100$ and every member of my family every age had something to do. Ko-carts bumper karts, bowling g, Lazer tag, roller coasters and arcade games. This has it all! Very fun and I highly recommend it! Malibu Jack's is a win-win!

It's a work in progress, but the kids are enjoying Malibu Jack's, the movie theater has fun promotions, a bar with live music is going in next month, two more restaurants should be open by summer. It will be a nice addition to our community.

Destiny Cordle

There is more in this location than I have seen in years. Malibu Jack’s soft opening looks promising for younger children. The bowling alley has a beautiful ocean scene painted behind it and the pins were lighted up red. Can’t wait for that to open. Thanks Camp family for all that you are attempting to do in Boyd county. It was very much needed. I am looking forward to see its completion.
