Was told it was "impossible" to get a parts replacement quote over the phone even when I had the model and serial number. I recieved an over the phone quote from the repair shop in Flatwoods with no trouble. I do not know. We just service and sell computers and other technology equipment. I'd try one of the used car lots or try listing online.
I do not know. I suspect your best bet is to list on Facebook or Craigslist. Occasionally we'll take things in on trade but generally only work with new equipment.
