We worked with Jason to design our master bath. He was phenomenal! He helped us pick out tile and accessories and had great ideas for making our bathroom everything we could want. He held our hands every step of the way and made us very comfortable with our choices. From placing the order to picking up our purchases, everyone we had contact with at Best Tile was professional, helpful, and friendly. We would highly recommend Best Tile in general and Jason specifically.

I went to Best Tile to help a friend finish picking out her bathroom tile. I was so impressed by the selection that they offered, I ended up picking out tile for my own bathroom. My bathroom update won’t start until November. Melanie the employee on the showroom floor went out of her way to help me. I cannot stress enough how much of a difference it makes when you have such a knowledgeable person helping you. Both girls that work in the sales department are great. Tile selection is excellent.

Comment: I have shopped several times at your store but this time I got excellent service and design advice from Sean Marie.She is new to your company but was always willing to answer our questions and show us many products once we determined our design style. When I came in to pick up my order which Sean made sure was ready for pick up when I arrived the two warehouse workers went beyond the call of duty to load my order in my car making sure to distribute the weight of the tile around my sedan.They were very polite and a breath of fresh air to see two workers who seemed to enjoy their job and do it with pride.You should be proud to have employees that do an excellent job in all facets of your business.

I recently went to Best Tile in Warwick to pick out some tile for my new home. I was recommended to go there by my cousin who had recently used them, and couldn't speak highly enough of them. I was beyond happy with my experience! I worked with Melanie on my bathroom tile selection and she walked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable and confidant in my choices.
