Hours posted vs actual hours are very inconsistent. The lobby is closed and the drive thru is a mess every time.

Lily was beyond rude and offensive! When I wanted the correct beverage, I went through the drive thru only to be mocked and insulted. Beyond acceptable- in customer service industry. This is my " home " Starbucks but after today, will definitely rethink supporting this franchise.

I ordered a grande ice latte ant it was only filled 3/4 of the way, I asked why and she said that's how she always does it. I looked at other iced drinks and they were full to the top! For $6 I should get a full cup of coffee!!!

Im super surprised by all the positive reviews of “friendly staff”.. this location has the rudest staff. We stop here about every weekend on our way to chatfield and they could care less about providing customer service. I do mobile order so i don’t require much. But an acknowledgement when I walk in would be nice. The staff always seem exhausted and overwhelmed, it makes me wonder why this location is so different than others. Coffee is always fine.

Frequent and regular sanitation of handles and high touch surfaces. All partners wear a mask per CDC guidelines. Hand washing has increased and every partner washes their hands every half hour on top of their normal hand washing practices. Health prescreen is executed before every Partner's shift. Protective barriers are up between customers and Partners as well.
