Terrible bank. Did not open application for customers until 3/15, then 3/16 email us “You may have heard that the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has run out of money to fund PPP loans, and we realize this may be causing you frustration and concern. Given the magnitude of the crisis the country is facing, we are hopeful that Congress will approve additional funds for the PPP. In anticipation of additional approved funds, Wells Fargo continues to prepare customers' PPP loan applications to be ready for submission to the SBA if and when this occurs. Of course, our ability to fund additional amounts depends on Congress continuing the program and providing additional funds for PPP loans. “. What did u when other banks helping their customers? U just open appointments before run out of money. Did not try to help customers ever, just just wanna make customers mad? I will change my business bank soon.

Went in to just try to get some couns turned into cash which had been done for me before at other branches several times with no problem. Today they handed me papers and said if i wanted my change cashed id have to count it out and roll it myself. Im not the banker here. I'll now just go pay a fee at a coinstar machine and this branch wont get my business agai and i will heavily consider switching banks from wells fargo if they expext their customers to do the bankers jobs.

Wells Fargo has had some bad press recently, however they have been good to me. I always receive courteous, professional service whether from the tellers, bankers or safe deposit box service. There are ATMs available 24/7 in the lobby. And they have DumDum suckers!

Have attempted to refinance with this company, and it's been a nightmare. Underwriters ask for the same paperwork over and over, they don't know how to read P&L, they ask for new paperwork at least weekly, and it has now been 2.5 months. Go to a local credit union, don't waste your time on this unethical company.
