Now that you order from a terminal, near the doors, your time spent with the cashier is minimal. It's something new and maybe it speeds things up. Though, their ordering terminal could be a bit more user friendly.

There are 2 Wendys near me. I try to go to the one on Broadway. So nice. Polite, but they were absolutely swamped on Thursday so went to the one on Highlands Ranch Pkw. Very slow. I get the same thing everything. This one was 30 cents higher and the senior drink was the kiddie cup, not regular. Wont go back To the Highland Ranch Pkw one.
