Giving 5 starts because of service by Val. She went above and beyond to try and repair a bit of frustration on my end. Will return as I left happier because of her efforts. MGMT should give her praise but also work on scheduling in house, as stylists are clearly all overbooked, rushing and not given the time needed to work properly.

If i could give this place zero stars, i would. Just got a blowout today. I have extensions and i let them know that prior to arriving so they would leave a big enough window for time, since obviously it takes longer to blow dry extensions. I could tell the guy was rushing. My extensions at the root were still totally wet when he started to curl my hair. That should NEVER happen at a place that specializes in BLOW DRYING!!!! then…i asked for soft curls like a beach wave with the ends left straight…. i walked out of the place looking like i belonged in the 60s!!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! I went straight home to finish blow drying my hair and to re-curl it

I’ve been going here almost weekly for the past two years. This was the first time I went on a Friday and it was a zoo. There were NO towels. My stylist didn’t feel the need to communicate this, so when she asked me to lay back I had to ask her, “no towel?” She just said “no,” with no further explanation. So my long thick hair just dripped onto my shirt after the shampoo. Then my stylist, Renee, blew my hair out with no shape or style to it whatsoever. I could have dried my own hair with a dryer and round bush at home. I come here to get a nice, professional, blow out. She didn’t ask where I part my hair. She flipped me around and asked “do you like it?” It was a so puffy on top it looked ridiculous. The roots were still frizzy and she didn’t go over anything with the flat iron. Then I said “I part my hair on this side,” she literally took her hand and pushed my hair to the other side. So it looked worse because it was not blown out that way. I will be redoing my own hair at home for the week. I should not have tipped her. but I feel bad doing that. Poor service and communication.

The day I came in the make up artist wasn’t there, so I asked the girl at the front desk Kendra to do my make up ( I needed it done) and she let me know it wasn’t what she normally does and was honest with me ( I said let’s do it anyways) and it turned out to be the best make up job I’ve had there. I have had multitudes too. I hope the management sees this, as I feel she should be doing more of this! 5 stars! Ty to Kendra again. I would ask for her if need make up every time !
