This review is for officer Alicea and Eve. Alicea is avoiding work like a plague. I was there to get my fingerprints done for a job and she kept coming up with excuses not to do it for about 30 min. She could have used that time to actually do the fingerprints. Also, her attitude was not professional. My impression of officer Alicea is that she is lazy, rude and not reliable. On the other hand Eve gave me the impression that she is incompetent and lacks the knowledge of what type of service the HPD is offering. When asked about fingerprinting services the day before, she said that they don’t do it because of “Covid.”

I have called several times for animal abuse and neglect... I live acrohe street from the people and in 5 months I physically have seen the dogs out 2times and that is because of neighbors.. I have 3boxers and they have 2 and keep them in a small crate both together.. this is wrong and it is hot and humid and they have no food or drink.. the neighbor helps, no one wants to help them and the owner is drunk and in Ed at hospital several times a week.. please help these animals, I have called several times and so have neighbors with no answer or help for these poor defense less dog's!! No one wants to help,please help them...
