This review have nothing to do with the store associates because all of them are very nice. However, the lady ( Carine) they hire to do lace in the back doesn’t know what she’s doing or what product to use. I went there to put a lace. The lace doesn’t last 4 days. And I text her to let her know. She gave bunch of lies which I believe. Keep in my mind that I took great care of the hair put a cap before bed, and while showing, don’t really comb it . And she told me next time it will be last longer just gave her another chance to prove it. Guess what? I went back again after a week I put the lace it last just 3 days. I spent 150$ for a lace doesn’t last me for a week in total. She put it for 80$ and retouching 50$ I was so naive to give her tip because I thought the lace was going to give me at least a week or two weeks.then, I texted her she never reply because she knew that she lied to me. I wish that I paid extra with someone else
