I have used Great Clips before prior and never had a bad experience but this time was different. The lady was rude and blamed me when I wanted more of my hair off. It was a really bad time and I left pretty upset and frustrated that she was being so rude during the entire time. There wasn't even any other customers waiting so I don't know what the rush or hassle was. Her attitude towards me and the words she used were just disrespectful to a customer.

Last year around April 2020, I was not happy with service- wrote it off to Covid stress. One of 2 ladies could not speak English, could not work register, and the other lady did not help her. Haircut was fine, I take a buzz cut! This year only 1 man inside. Only wore a white undershirt with a hole under the armpit! He had no mask, customer he was cutting had no mask. And he was trashing previous customers he affiliated with a political party! I was ready to leave before I even sat down! As he cut my hair, he did do a nice job, 2 other customers arrived with masks. I use Great Cuts, but this shop needs to get its act together. Service was good, but the atmosphere definitely could be improved. It’s very convenient to me, but there are other similar places nearby to get my hair cut. Civility has to start someplace.

I had the stylist Cheyenne and she was so down to earth and very easy to talk to. I donated about 11 inches of my hair and she made sure to make it look nice for this big change. I definitely recommend this place and shout out to Cheyenne!!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
