Came in to be seen for knee pain/swelling. With having a newborn and my knee constantly giving out I’m terrified. Due to my primary being out of the country (which wasn’t even said to me until I called back to reschedule) I was supposed to see someone else. Waited for an hour after my appointment time before having to leave. Where I was told; “an emergency came up.” Honestly. If someone had come into tell me that a lot sooner I could’ve planned for someone to take care of what I needed so I could wait. Now I’m being told I can’t be seen due to no availability and to go to urgent care. Not the first time this has happened. And no, I will not be calling the front office to discuss my complaint. It’s terrible customer service everytime. Will be looking for a new primary.

This office changed with the pandemic. Short staffed, no return calls not even for test results due e to covid/ covid long haul. Doctor taken a lot of time off and when he isn't there it's worse . I read Asante and it's about equal except more organized and nice front desk staff. The nurse here is compadent...if you get to speak to anyone.

A bit of a mess. Placed the 8info for an appt online. Received confirmation when we arrived (elderly mom is patient) there was no record of appt. The screener let us go up to urgent care, this upset the receptionist as we were to wait 8n the car. So right now I am not real happy with this new urgent care. No one wanted to admit there might be something wrong with the inline check in system, receptionist told me 8 had either not done it or made the appointment with the wrong urgent care.

I had been taking my soon to Dr. Choate since he was born 6 months ago. I absolutely loved her, but the secretary staff is AWFUL! Phone wait times are typically 15-20 minutes, often times more. When you finally got to speak to someone they are SO rude. I switched my sons doctor after my last experience. I had called to see if he could be seen sooner than his scheduled appointment (which was over a month out) due to having some skin issues. I asked the receptionist and without even looking to see when my sons appointment is or even asking she said no, nothing available. I then told her that he really needs to be seen and I would have to find a new doctor if he can’t be seen she told me good luck. The doctors and nurses are fantastic. Find new secretary staff.
