I stopped in because the smoker caught my nose. My first impression was how Clean everything was, especially the meat they had on display. These are some of the cleanest cuts of meat I have ever seen. I looked at the tag expecting a high price because of the quality but was even more surprised that they're pretty close to the chain stores or better. :), AND it supports a local business. Yup, this is Quality you DO write home about. #ShopLocal

By far the best Italian Sub in Southern Oregon! I'd love to try the rest of their menu but the minute I walk in, I start salivating for the Italian so I get it every time! We love their meats, especially the smoked pork chops.

The only place to go to in Oregon! I've never been disappointed here. Anything you get there from steaks, to pepper sticks and jerky, to their ribs and tri tip, will absolutely take your breath away. Amazing and friendly service everytime. I could not recommend this place enough.
