We had our freezer unexpectedly turn off while we were away and we lost an entire upright freezer full of meat. As you can imagine it was quite a mess and our trash pick up was days away. I called and spoke to a woman named Tracy who is completely empathetic to our situation and really went out of her way to provide some assistance for us. They sent a large truck driven by a man named Shiloh who was super helpful and very kind. I can't thank Tracy her supervisor and Shiloh for everything they did to help us clean up this mess in our house !
