scheduled my dog for a sedation for nails to be clipped paperwork and shots had to wait 2 months for a 10 minute appointment they tried getting me to pay for after making an attempt to do it without sedation and not giving her the shots or paperwork. then “rescheduling” me for 2 more months. imagine saying you care about animals but leaving a dog with uncomfortable long nails when they knew it was the MAIN reason she was being brought in. it’s appalling i scheduled her for sedation and they did nothing at all i waited 2 months.

I've been coming here for over 20 years. Most caring and compassionate staff. Dr Grundy was wonderful last week when I brought my sick cat in. He was old and he let me know it was probably his time, but he would run some labs and confirm what he suspected. We decided together it was time to let him go. I even received a card in the mail. I won't bring my pets anywhere else.

Loved them. Their super great to our 2 five month old pups. Relaxing and the pups lived them even with shots. Dr Guntly was terrificsnd answered all questions through my. Hats off the the whole crew. Highly recommend !😁

This place is amazing. I just moved to CT from Florida. Ran low on my dog's prescription dog food. I called them and they bent over backward trying to find my dog's prescription dog food. I appreciate customer service like that especially since they haven't even met me yet. Thank You!
