I visited this clinic on Wednesday night after cutting my finger while cooking. I came in the front doors right at the end of day, as they were closing, but was greeted and brought in for treatment immediately. The staff was knowledgeable, caring and professional.This brought a smile to our faces and joy to our team, thanks for sharing! It’s great to know that you had a good experience at Banner Health.

I came into urgent care in the evening and I am so appreciative of the care I received. Blanca is an extremely kind and understanding nurse and the doctor is also great. My son needed an emergency appendectomy. With all the talk in town I was afraid to take him here, but he was in such rough shape he couldn't handle the car ride anywhere else. With great fear I took him to the Emergency room. They of course ran the normal tests and scans, then admitted him to the hospital. Once admitted surgery was scheduled. Now I was really nervous. Let me cut to the chase. The staff at Banner Torrington, are not only super friendly but very competent. The Surgeon who performed the procedure made very clean and precise incisions. The nursing staff was helpful and informative. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I cannot express how grateful I am that we ended up at our hospital, and that we have such a wonderful hospital in our wonderful little town.We are happy to hear you had a wonderful experience with us!
