Room was clean, hotel in general was clean. We stayed three nights and they cleaned our room and restocked our supplies when we needed them to. The breakfast was amazing, and the go bags and trays made it so much easier for me to bring food back to my family of five. The only problem I had was upon checking out. We booked through Priceline. On Priceline's website it says checkout is at 12, but upon checking out we were told checkout is actually 11. I said I didn't want to be charged for another night and the front desk lady was obviously annoyed. However she dropped the extra charge and was never actually rude. All in all we'll stay here again 💯

Positive: Very clean and well kept, fabulous breakfast and very nice courtyard to relax in. Negative: I honestly cannot think of anything I did not like about this hotel.

Booked several rooms for a funeral at a set rate. Added specific names to the rooms later on. Apparently at the time, they updated the rate to a much higher rate. Called them after checking my bank account. Then they hung up on me. Not to mention the sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty, the toilet is nearly on the ground and our keys didn't work every single time we went to the room. Will continue trying to get in touch with a manager.

Positive: The free breakfast was more than adequate and better than 75% of the hotels in which I have stayed. The room was clean and comfortable, with ample hot water. Negative: I was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub, but the entire pool area was closed "for maintenance." When I asked the desk clerk, she stated that they had not been able to get pool chemicals.
