You can see from other reviews how horribly inconsistent this place is on quality. It's like playing Russian Roulette when ordering Fast-Food. Most of my experiences with this place have been very poor, so I tend to avoid it nowadays. Two times this week, however, I dropped by at around 11:00 P.M. Because everything else was Closed. They were shut down completely. First time I checked, the Drive-Thru Window Decals claimed they were open until Midnight. Second time the Drive-Thru Light was on and Four Employee Cars were present. (Assuming Employee Cars, they were parked toward back and Lobby was Closed..) Sat there for ten full minutes without anyone waiting on me, so I left. I've heard others saying they've seen them closed as early as 10:00 P.M. Clearly, Corporate needs a heads-up on this.

Kiosk was not working properly. My order was not correct. All that aside, the employees were friendly and willing to help.
