I used Plymouth Fireplace to convert my 60 year old wood burning fireplace to gas. They carry a wide selection of gas inserts for customers preferring a value solution as well as those with no budget. One of the key selling points for me is that they could provide a one stop installation solution using a team of professionals they work with regularly. The team ( included Ryan from Plymouth Fireplace, a plumber, electrician and gas contractor) showed up for the install as promised and worked quickly and efficiently to install the insert. They were professional and made sure I was comfortable operating the unit. It’s been a year since they installed my new gas fireplace and I am extremely happy with it. After using it for a while I had some questions, and Ryan quickly responded to my calls and came by to confirm that everything was working as it should. Plymouth Fireplace exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

If only I had more than one fireplace I would have Plymouth Fireplace doing a gas insert in every one. We use our gas insert a ton during the winter, it has been one of if not the best investments into our home yet. The gas guy Ryan was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Best of all my house was cleaner when they left than when they showed up. If there was 10 stars I’d give them 12.
