My 94 year old Mom was having vision issues in October 2021. Got an appointment 2 weeks out and then storm, no power appointment canceled. Finally get through on the phone, next appointment January 7 even though it was not just a check up appointment. I said to girl on phone but this is an emergency, sorry best I can do. So now she does have vision loss. Not sure if delay made a difference and they aren't going to say. Mine you she is deaf so loosing her sight is not good.

I was seen immediately for an eye concern. Dr Bush was informative and very pleasant. I was then scheduled to see Dr Reed the following morning. I had a complete exam and then sent over to the Laser Department for treatment. Dr Reed was wonderful! I received the laser treatment quickly. I’m extremely happy I chose OCB Plymouth

My 75 year old mother went in for eye surgery, for cataract, they never gave her information sheet on what to do post-op . No one does their jobs anymore, they just want the money !!!

Your Boston, Sandwich and Yarmouth offices are excellent and professional . Your Plymouth office continues to be a discrace to your overall practice. I went in to ensure I did not have an emergency in an eye with severe glaucoma. When it was learned that I was not from that office I was made to wait for over 2 hours even though I was told twice the Dr was available in 15 minutes. When finally seen, the experience was cold, arrogant, unprofessional. There is a reason people chose Not to go to that office prior to it being OCB. The staff was very nice. You need to replace the Dr with an OCB caliber physician.
