I went in for my prom dress. My first prom. I put a deposit on a dress and went on a payment plan with my mom’s permission. Sales girl told me that if I changed my mind on my dress which was in the store not a special order, I could use the money towards a different dress. I found a better dress somewhere else. My mom was being nice to 1 of my friends and letting her use the credit towards a dress for her because she had to pay for her own dress. Store owner very rude and told me I own the dress and there is no store credit. All I wanted was to get my friend a dress. This was back in May and I didn’t take dress, still don’t have anything for $600 and I don’t have store credit and my mom is out $600. Maybe the store owner should train her employees to not tell lies that I could get a store credit. No one there has a conscience because my mom is out $600 and we don’t want the dress and we don’t have a store credit. This store is a rip off and READ THE FINE PRINT. They definitely don’t stand by what their employees tell their customers. I’m also only 16 and I put a deposit down, told my mom we could get a store credit if I changed my mind and signed a form and they didn’t explain what I was signing. They lied just to get the sale. NEVER SHOP HERE!

I’ve been to The Ultimate several times - mostly to be a bridesmaid, but now it’s my turn to be the bride. I hate shopping and trying clothes on, but I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the ladies working at The Ultimate. My wedding dress shopping was the BEST experience. Heather, the owner, actually allowed my mom and sisters to get an appointment just after closing hours because I was feeling so anxious. Terri helped with my measurements then we got to pick a bunch of dresses because I had no clue what I was looking for. I tried on several dresses, some I loved and some that ended up not being my style. A few days later I went back in to try on my two favorites. Lindsey and Ana helped me pick the most perfect dress for me and I could not be more excited to wear it on my special day. I’m so grateful we were able to find a dress so easily and in a way that was stress free for me. We’ll likely be back soon to look into tuxes for my groom. Thank you all for your help!

Very happy with the service I received today! We had a great experience with Becca!! This was a bit overwhelming for my daughter and she made sure she was comfortable and helped her find the perfect dress. She was so encouraging and made everyone feel less stressed. It was nice to see someone with a great sense of humor while dealing with picky teenagers. ☺️ Had I not been there I know Becca would have made sure she found the perfect dress. Came here years ago to get my prom dress and has a wonderful experience. Came back with my sister for her prom and experienced the same! Very encouraging consultants, Hannah was so sweet and helpful. They have a great selection and options for reasonable prices too! Heather helped us both do the dress layaway, it was a great option for young people paying for their own dresses. I’d recommend!
