Looking at vehicles and decided on a van but my fiance noticed an exhaust leak so Dennis Fleury kept the van for another day to look it over before I could buy it. The next day he said there was no exhaust leak and it all looked good and passed their inspection. Well I live in Vermont so had to get it inspected in Vermont and the mechanics said it won't pass, there is in fact an exhaust leak, breaks are loose due to missing pins, a whole list of stuff I gotta pay for.

Bought a car a year ago. One minor issue with it that I fixed early on but nothing other than that. Dennis is pretty straight and to the point and the people that work there are always nice. With all used cars I recommend a test drive and actually checking for leaks etc. Tire kicking doesn't count

That was the rudest dealership experience I've ever had. Plus they told me a car I called asking about was a 2013 I get there and it's a 2005. Luckily after the insulting treatment and the misinformation I didn't purchase anything. That's definitely not a business I would want to support.
