We hired movers for the first time ever and had THE BEST experience with Michael's! We witnessed how fast and professional they were last year when our friends hired them, and we knew they would be our first choice when we eventually moved our three-bedroom house. The initial customer service over the phone was top-notch; the gentleman I spoke with was friendly, patient, and very knowledgable. The quote he gave was accurate to the final price, they had a small, reasonable deposit, and the rates were affordable. The day of the move, Roberto and his team were courteous, extremely hard-working, and considerate of our belongings. Roberto himself was an exemplary leader, and was patient and understanding with all the requests we had. They were the most helpful team I could have imagined. The whole process was slick from beginning to end. Michael's Moving will be our go-to for any of our future moves in the Boston area, and we now strongly recommend them to friends and family!

Such a great experience! Michael's was fabulous. They were cheaper than any other movers I contacted, professional, thorough, on time, responsive etc. Moving is a big stressor but Michael's helped alleviate some of that stress. Everyone I spoke with went out of their way to answer my questions. I sent Ian multiple emails through the portal and he responded to all my questions thoroughly and quickly.
