This boat ramp is into a shallow part of the river. There are several trails around and a big open field that is kept mowed. There is a trail along the river's edge. It is open year round and there are always interesting things to see

It's a great park but the boat launch needs work. The grade of the launch makes it difficult to launch without getting your vehicle in the water. Then your boaf trailer is off the concrete slabs. Need a steeper grade to get the boat in quicker. Also need a dock at this launch. Can't get anyone in the boat without hitting rocks under the water. It'd be a great place to launch if it was designed better.

Very nice park to bring the kids and or pets . Great picnic areas and big playground. Never had any kind of problems and I will return to this park time and time again.

Perfect spot to launch your boat or have a picnic. Lot's of new stuff being added too during its renovation. New shelters, river observation seating and fishing. You can have kayaks delivered here by Twin Cities Kayaking to take a great river trip into Minneapolis as well.

Yep, they have grills/picnic areas around the park and are first come first serve. However, They have shelters/gazebos that can be reserved
Yes if you want to be bare lee visible. I have been in the bluff and I'm not alone so try not to get too much of the time for the meeting on. I'm not sure if they are technically open butt we will see how much you like to be in.
