Was there today. The burger seems drenched in water or something. Like it was oily wet? Opened the burger to find a hair. Tossed the whole meal out and soda machine was messed up. Is it just me or are all BKs and white castles run poorly? Can't find a good one in the whole state.

I don't know what happened to this place. On my way home from work at night and i stopped by. There was a car parked and the lights turned on inside. As soon as i pulled up and was heading towards the drive through all of the lights shut off as if done intentionally. Compare this to Taco bell 4 buildings away, the customer service is night and day!

Worst Ever ! This one is always so slow and quiet that the food shouldn't be so sloppily made and cold . Also , the rudeness of that girl that works the drive through is VERY rude and snarky. She rushes customers through ordering and sighs over the intercom. " IS THAT IT ?? WHAT ELSE?? IS THAT IT ?? * SIGH* !!! It is totally uncalled for ! Talk about making customers feel like an inconvenience when they are all just standing around . Then when you get your order it's not only cold and sloppy , it is wrong ! Of and don't ask for dipping sauce because you never get it. 2x I've been at the Ham Lake Bk in 2 weeks , and the food was fresh , piping hot and juicy !! And they were busy ! So if they can give you piping hot food when they have a line in the drive thru and a few customers in the dining area , why can't food be piping hot , fresh and juicy when your the only person in line and no one in the dining room at this BK?? I'm Only a mile away and it is convenient for me , but not worth the time , money , rudeness and drive.

My last time going to this location. Poor customer service - no "thank you", or "you're welcome" were given. The person who took my brother's order through drive-thru seemed like they didn't want to work at all, no excitement in their voice, and seemed very bothered that she had customers ordering food. Since we had a bigger order, we were told to wait as our food was being prepared. Totally understandable. When they brought our food to us, the girl basically threw the bag at my brother, and left. We checked to make sure our order was correct - which we normally do when we make a big order. When I opened the bag to check, our food seemed to have just been shoved inside carelessly. Our fries were knocked off to the side, which ended up spilling inside the bag; burgers were on top of one another as if the bag were to explode. They could have either used a bigger bag, or bagged our order into two separate bags. Not only was the food packed poorly, but they did not give us our drink. We waited an additional 5 minutes to see if they'd walk out with our drink - nope. We said screw the drink and drove home. We could have went back through the drive-thru for our drink, but I decided to be a nice customer and not nag about it, since they seem to not have wanted to come to work today. Customer service needs MAJOR improvement, along with packing food neatly. I will no longer be returning to this location.
