This place is a disaster one day they accept to deposit money in someone personal account another day we can’t do this. And always a lot of employees or managers are walking around and there is a line. That why I closed my account with Wells Fargo . At Topline every employee come to take care of customers right away

This has become a bank that does not care at all. No staff and the slowest bank ever. I waited 45 minutes to make a deposit. Long line to the door. They are quick to blame Covid but we all have been living with Covid and making changes but this bank. Now they have closed the drive thru. I have to make a move to a bank that cares about the customer!
