It looks like a great community but you can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone. We have literally called the office to ask specific questions and gotten a robot to tell us everyone was busy. We finally went to the leasing office and tried to call as we sat outside. We received the same message stating everyone in the office was busy. As we walked in there were two ladies that worked there just sitting at desks chatting with one another. We just turned around and walked out. You should have more respect for potential residents when you’re asking almost $3k per month. At that price there is very little room for bad customer service. Makes me concerned as to the care I would receive as a resident. Although a beautiful community the customer service lacks.

The leasing office staff and maintenance team are impeccably responsive and responsible. Every single interaction has exceeded my expectations. The grounds are beautifully well-maintained and the quality of my apartment, from the flooring to the HVAC, is excellent. Highly recommend! Six stars!

We have really enjoyed our time living at Avalon Acton - our neighbors are friendly, the apartments are beautiful and the community is very well run. The grounds and facilities are maintained better than any other apartment complex that I’ve lived in before (and I’ve lived in quite a few!). Anytime that we have needed assistance, the staff is quick to respond in a professional and friendly manner. When we have had any maintenance needs, Keith and Tim have been reliable, professional and kind and they ensure that the job is completed in a thorough and timely manner. I always feel safe here, which is saying a lot. Would highly recommend this community to anyone considering a move to the area!
