$8 for adults and $7 for seniors if you want to climb the lighthouse. We didn’t climb it but it was still beautiful to visit and walk out to the overlook for photos. Highly recommend stopping to check this out! If you’re a golfer, the course here is also beautiful and affordable.

I gave Highland Lighthouse 1 star because the sign and website state it was to open last year and no one has bothered to update that information. We walked out to the lighthouse only to find it closed with no information on when it’s opening or why it’s closed. According to the sign it had been closed to do renovations. It appears those renovations have completed as the exterior looked nice. Extremely bummed that I couldn’t get my lighthouse book stamped and no information on when they’ll resume operations.

Beautiful place, if you like golf you can enjoy a nice round. The lighthouse is u dee renovation, you can not go inside.

One of my favorite on the Cape. What a beautiful history. Can’t wait until full restoration is complete and can go inside. Visit this lighthouse for sure.

Yes you can go to the top. They have a good small historical tour.
I think you are correct.
The surrounding area is a golf course, and I don't remember seeing near by hiking paths that are open to the public. I believe the land surrounding the lighthouse is privately owned. You probably want to find another spot to take the dogs along, maybe the trails near Marconi Station...
