My only constructive criticism for this department is that they paint all of their police cruisers black with black reflective print. and I guess my only question to the police chief would be whatwhat is the purpose of this? The whole idea of having marked Cruisers is so that your public can find you when they need you. The idea is to be seen. Even with a marked Cruiser are still able to hide and catch traffic violators but I think the all-black Cruisers send the wrong message to your community. ~a fellow officer

Yes, between 7am and 4pm each day, westbound traffic on Route 117 at the Route 70 North intersection, will be routed north to Route 70. Eastbound traffic will be allowed at reduced speeds in the construction zone as water main replacement occurs.
Not sure where you have seen this vehicle but I would suggest you report it directly to the Chief of Police for the town in which you have seen it, or the MA State Police as it sounds like another person attempting to intimidate civilians.
