Very unhelpful and rude. I also had a friend call them and they never responded. If you need help, please don't waste your time calling them. If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I have ever called them they have never helped. They encourage drug usage in this awful city. I never feel safe and have been raped walking home without any of their help.

I contacted the police department to inquire on obtaining a police report and the operator was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. I feel sorry for the residents of the Everett to encounter terrible assistance from the department.

I thank you every one. I made a request and EPD responded , family member safe and sound. I'm no angel, but respectful, very happy the City of Everett looks after Seniors when family unable. 5 Stars for that and my Uncle say's the same. Thank you again EPD American Pride. Fred
