I use to love going to this hospital because they will have you in and out but lately it has gotten worse. Today I went in because my son was really sick and they had us sit in the waiting room for almost three hours. We ended up leaving without being seen. It was a man that I could tell was in excruciating pain and he had been there longer than I was. You guys have to do better.

they are afraid of their own patients and will switch around your psychiatrists and appointments without telling you! you can't even call on the weekend to find out, they will not give you that information. do not let them make money off of you. always be your own advocate

Because Dr. Melissa Rubin did not investigate why I was in so much pain resulting in an ambulance to her ER where she made stupid comments that my exrays were unremarkable and "thats a problem" when I told her narcotic pain relievers were not working, I ended up in another ambulance and still in the ICU at another hospital for internal bleeding after almost dying in my car. She shouldnt be a doctor.

I went to this hospital because I had a chest pain and nose bleed. The nurse assigned to me was very pleasant. But while I was waiting 4hours there, I noticed nurses chasing, eating and very rare checking on patients. I called for my nurse to ask when my next blood would be, another nurse came in a bad mood and said "Hey, what do you want?" How rude. When I told the doctor what this is no way to treat a patient that I was not a horse that I was a patient and if she talk like that to someone else the will end ip punching her. I told him this would not be me but they way she talks to patients eventually someone will do that to her. He told me I had to leave. I was not yelling, I was calm just giving my complaint about the this nurse. A patient goes sick to the hospital and deserve compassion too not be treated like an animal. Very rude staff. They make good money to be wasting time cheat chatting and eating.
