Dunno if is due to Google misinformation or shady tactics, but the price for the room was double of what Google indicated. It was in range of 3 star hotels, and looking to its surroundings doesn't give any confidence of quality or luxury.

Positive: The room was new. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. What a surprise the out side of the building is a hot mess. When its fully renovated it's going to be a great place! Negative: No elevator. No bars in the shower. As an older person the concept of a tub you have to climb over is not something you should have to consider when looking for a hotel. Easy access to a shower, safety and comfort is our priority.

This place is going through a renovation.The outside looks like hell but the rooms are fully renovated. Close proximity to local restaurants and bars. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME FOR THE MONEY.

The hotel was in a convenient location, reasonably priced, and a basic place to stay for a couple of nights. The hotel was clean, but the room needed some minor adjustments. The beds were comfortable and front desk worker very nice. The hotel is slowly remodeling, and I can see when it is completed it should look very modern.
