My daughter had an injury during gymnastics. Adrian Blindt was an excellent sports PT. He explained how an injury like this could happen. He taught her how to strengthen her ankle. Then he taught her exercises to strengthen the ankle to avoid future injuries . He very thorough explaining the injury and solutions. Highly recommended. Ruth Northrup
