I heard about Superior Glass through a co-worker who had a great experience with them, so I contacted them in June to see if they could make us some plexiglass shields for our desks. We are in property management and work with the public all day regarding their homes. Facing re-opening during the pandemic it was imperative that we be able to keep our doors open to help assist our customers with their homes. I called and a gentleman by the name of Joe answered. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I explained what we needed, I sent him a few photos and some measurements. I had a quote within a day. He even gave me a few choices in sizing and explained how one would be more cost effective for what I was looking for. The shields were made to order along with custom fit brackets as to not take up too much room on our desks. I even got to pick a color that would match our décor. They delivered it to my office on a weekend as to not disrupt business as usual. He wore a mask while in our office and was friendly with my staff. He installed them on the desk, cleaned them, and gave us some instructions on the best way to care for them. Took about 2 months to replace a window on a house that was blocks away. I called for 2 weeks before they even got over to measure it , then they had to wait about two weeks to get it. They kept telling me they were short staffed but really how long does it take to measure a window that is less than a mile away? Then they couldn’t fix a time with owner for installation. Very bad at getting back with returning calls too, but happy enough to take a 50 % deposit.
