Always enjoy shopping at Goodwill stores, this one had so much good items available. Store is clean and organized so this is my 3rd visit to the Groton store. Encourage others to help a good cause.

this was just confirmed by an employee at the donation center today. Anything of any perceived value is now sent to their e-commerce division (auction site). This includes anything of shipable size including video games, records, collectible cards, toys and even fashion clothing. So basically if you're going to Goodwill looking to find a "treasure" as their commercials call them, don't bother. The only things you'll find in the local stores are cheap or damaged items or things that are not logical to ship Edit: Google asked me if anything is changed here so I guess it's time to update. Sadly nothing's changed except the prices have gone up And they close earlier now. You still won't find anything of any quality that's shipping sized. I haven't seen a video game here in years now.

Amazing customer service here. Manager is polite and understanding. A really clean facility for a a thrift store super clean. Always satisfied when I come to this location. They have by far the happiest cashiers that actually want to help you. I’ve made my share of large purchase from this store and have always left feeling like I was treated well unlike other locations. Worth the hour drive to me.
