My first time in a Harbor Freight Store. It was clean and organized. Smelled like rubber and tools, but that's to be expected. It wasn't a bad thing. My husband needed something from the store. An employee helped us locate the wheel we required for our lawnmower cart. It was super easy to find and not a bad price at all!

Best prices around! I came in to buy a few items and while I was there I asked about a star-shaped screw that I had never come across and couldn't remove. It covered the USB of a child's "Grave Digger" truck so we couldn't charge it. To make matters worse, we had stripped the screw trying to get it out with a Phillips. SCOTT not only explained that it was a "security screw", he spent the time (and aggravation) getting this screw out for me. Thank you so much Scott, you made a child very happy!
