Great customer service and tour provided by all employees. Danielle was our guide for the Lizzie Borden exhibit and has a wonderful extensive knowledge of facts pertaining to the boarding case. Staff went above and beyond in accommodating our needs for a very short notice trip.

Toured Fall River Historical Society today, and had the best tour guide. Such a knowledgeable, nice gentleman. Wish I got his name. In addition to all the cool history, he also told us about how they used to go all out for Christmas with the decorating. They haven't been able to since covid, but sounds like they will, hopefully next year, since they got a grant to fix the ventilation on the second floor. He's convinced me that I need to check that out!
