The entire shop has a very friendly and calm atmosphere. Parker at the front desk was super kind and helpful when I was picking out my jewelry. Erica was extremely knowledgeable about piercings, placement, and style. It is clear that the shop goes to great lengths to keep everything sterile and safe. Truly love this piercing studio!! Erica and Michael and the whole team here make their clients feel relaxed and welcome from the moment you walk in. I recently purchased a beautiful earring from Marigold Adornment with the help of Erica. Unfortunately, not even a week or so later after buying it, I had to have an emergency procedure in which doctors removed all of my jewelry, and damaged my new gold ring in the process. I returned to Marigold thereafter to have the jewelry put back in. In assessing my mangled earring, Erica and Mike were very empathetic to the situation and went out of their way to repair the jewelry at no cost to me.
