Stopped here Wednesday night with my friends and batista was amazing! Super friendly and great service! I ordered the new pineapple passion fruit refresher and the Barista was informative and attentive, they made sure I liked the drink and offered to replace it if I didn't. 10/10 for customer service

Snotty server that I've never experienced ever before at a Starbucks. Asking for a fork shouldn't have been a chore or inconvenience for you.

Aren't frappes supposed to be thick!! Last two times I've got them here they were so thin, no ice crystals, no thinkness!! If I wanted iced coffee I could have saved alot of money! Couldn't even drink it😡😠
