It's what you expect at a Starbucks. Good coffee. Upbeat music. Great ambient temperature. Service is ok. This location seems to be very busy with the drive thru orders. There is seating both indoor and outdoors. One area this location could improve on is the location of the indoor seating. Most of the seating is in the way of the line that forms for customers to order. Some tables are located right in front of the exit.

Very rude about my request to correct a drink that was made incorrectly. Said they would fix it this time but next time they would charge me because of the ingredients they had to use to fix it. This was in the evening when it was not busy at all. I have never been treated so badly at a Starbucks, the barista was very snappy/rude about it.

This store is so poorly run. The only solution they had to giving me the wrong items was for me to come back or go to another Starbucks "when I had time" to get the order corrected. I just wanted a refund for the food and drink that were not of any use to me at the time I needed it. They are also randomly just not open in the middle of the day. Not a reliable store.

A DEGRADING VIOLATION OF PRIVACY. Why did you change your bathroom policy? I can't think of anything more degrading than having to wait for my barista to approve my need to relieve myself and then escort me to the bathroom. Seriously? We have access to your wi-fi without a password, but no one behind the counter will share the sacred, secret code? Seems highly inappropriate and unnecessary. Guess I'm going back to Caribou!
