I drove alll the way from Manchester and i would do it again, im really happy with the service, Dr. Kelly saw my ferret and worked with me on keeping the bill costs down. And we were able to find an apropriate treatment without all the costly tests because i couldnt afford them. And after my initial visit he did 3 conf calls about her tretment so that i wouldnt have to drive 1 hr there every time, And each call he ook his time with me, he didnt rush, After 1 month of treatment my ferret got better but started to regress, Dr. Kelly responded to my call imediately and we came up with a new coarse of action. And although my ferret isnt quite out of the woods yet. And i wanted to give time before wring the review to see how the full quality of care would be, Id say after seeing many vets for all my ferrets, The service i got with Dr.Kelly at lockridge was top notch. And they didnt try to nickel and dime me. I wish all vet services took there aproach. I'v only written 3 reviews my life but when a business goes above and beyond i beleive they earned my praise.

Refusing to see an animal in need because the owner cannot wear a mask for which there is no law in NH is beyond the low of the lowest evil and certainly not expected in a so called animal care clinic.

My review is a reflection of the COST of services. A fecal test is $98, compared to $19 at my previous vet. An exam for a health certificate for a fully vaccinated foster dog shouldn't cost over $200, not including preventatives.

I brought a nine week old puppy to their office in New Hampshire for an echocardiogram. I waited for four hours they took the puppy in and 20 minutes later brought him back out and said someone would be calling me later in the afternoon after all the dogs were done with the cardiologist and give me the results. I have a forever family waiting desperately to hear what’s going on with this puppy and so am I. It’s now almost 7:00 PM no one has called me with results.That is unprofessional and I am really really unhappy. Not to mention I paid over $400 to have the cardiologist do the echocardiogram.
