Going to look to get my mother removed from this cemetery and find something more private.. The grounds werent that bad per se but there's one thing that I can't tolerate. Seeing dogs being walked through the cemetery. I saw pit bull owners allow their worthless mutts to sniff on someone's stone getting ready to use 5he bathroom. Sooo disrespectful and disgusting. The cemetery should enforce strict laws over this. Because if they don't people should also look into other cemeteries thatll respect their loved ones grave sites. I've never been soo angry in my life. Notice to dog owners. If I come to visit my mom and see your dog sniffing around her stone to use the bathroom prepare for some serious problems from me. I won't tolerate thay type of disrespect. You guys take your dogs EVERYHERE. Let our loved ones r rest in peace w/o us having to worry about your dogs potentially desecrating their resting spot.

My brother in law passed away in December 2020 of covid. It was such a difficult time for his wife , children, his mom and all of us. My sister in law paid for the opening of a cremation grave which is much much smaller than a normal gave. We just buried his ashes and they charged us an additional 800.00 because it was a Saturday. I can understand paying overtime on Saturdays but they charged us an additional 275. 00 because it was after 1. That is disgusting. I'm sorry that's taking advantage of people's grief. It's always about the money.

If I could give a -5 review I would. Went to my Dad's grave on Fathers Day and it was a mess, the grass was at least 1.5 feet tall, flower pots all over the place that have been there for a long time. I went back the next Tuesday and the conditions were the same . The Archdiocese should be lowering their heads in shame for allowing this to happen.

Absolutely disgusted at the appearance of the grounds. Trash from flower pots and flowers all over the cemetery had been run over by the lawn mowers. Multiple US Flags chopped up by the lawn mowers. I was embarrassed to show my wife the plots of my relatives in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Questions & Answers

Is there anyway i can get a picture of the headstone of my father Frank Bucci died Nov. 1987 or any information on his funeral you might have.

Go to findagrave website. It is a volunteer website where people make memorials and add headstone and other photos. You can make a memorial for him, then you can make a photo request and hopefully a volunteer will go photo the grave.

How often are the grounds kept up?

Barbara Inferrera | Sep 6, 2018

I just came from there and by the looks of it the grounds are not well kept. I have registered a complaint at Easter time. The excuse that I got is it was a bad winter. The weeds are so overgrown and they have a grave sight open for a burial. You would think put of respect the grounds keeper would be sent to make the area presentable.

Hi Angela finding a grave goes by street name and number ..if its a family member you would know that already..but if it's friend or someone you know you'd have to ask one of that person's relative or friend.. also you can go by the office they'll be able to tell you... Have a wonderful day.
