Horrible attitudes, Got in at 8:45. Told us they wouldnt be able to make the ice cream in time before closing so we switched to mochi, instead of taking 2 seconds and giving us the mochi they bumped us to the back of probably 10 thai ice cream orders.

Rolled Ice cream and boba were so good! I got the strawberry topping with vanilla base and it tasted really great. The strawberries were really fresh. I also got an Iced Taro milk tea and it was good too! I recommend:)

Family was wanting a cool treat on a hot day; we decided to stop by 32 bellow rolled ice cream. Upon arrival we were able to tell they were super busy as the establishment was full and people were still waiting for their orders. It was only 2 young ladies working and they were doing the best they could while being swamped with patrons. We were a party of 7 and were aware of the wait. Although we had a little wait for our tasty treats, I still left the establishment happy because the ladies were never rude or showed that they were overwhelmed. They were courteous as well as apologetic for the wait time. If you want rolled ice cream, mochi, milkshakes, or boba do not hesitate to come in to this great establishment!!!

3 ladies in here today and were very nice and helpful got my drink quick. Was kinda muggy in there (weird lol) but such a cute store! Will defently be back.
