BEWARE! My friend went to get their Vehicle fixed and they charged them $3300 to find out they messed up the cv axels, the put the steering wheel pulley in to far so it’s messing up the belt at an angle causing the AC pump to smoke and leak. They also didn’t tighten the bolts to the cv joints or grease them. My in laws have made several calls and complaints and the car had to be towed to another Tires plus in Lakeland who have now said the Air compressor is the issue.They won’t fix it and charged another $200 today and it still needs to be towed. Do NOT USE THIS PLACE or ANY OTHER TIRE PLUS PLACE

They definitely have a couple times where they take advantage, still have the full receipt of an $1,800 bill and my vehicle crapped out a month later on the road after being seen by this place. There isn’t an honest place anywhere I understand business is business and all that but you would think they could put themselves in your shoes when you walk in there hoping your car will survive more than a month.

Nothing but honest and amazing work here! They never try to push sales, and put their customers needs FIRST! Every experience I’ve had has been wonderful. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and super sweet. I never have to wait very long either! 10/10 recommend! I’ll be back for my next set of tires/oil change!

My husband had an appointment with them for 11a.m. we showed up at 10am and still had to wait 6 hours for them to do an oil change and an alignment then when we Finally! got the car back they did Not put the rim cap back on the front passenger side, they didn't give him an updated mileage sticker and, they messed with his lights even though they didn't have. If I could give them 0 stars I would!
