We had a leak in old gray plastic pipes that required all of our pipes to be replaced. True plumbers sent out Kent, Joel & Ethan. All three did a great job on our house. The plumbers and staff are very professional and courteous. Chris and Dallas came to my house Sunday morning to locate a leaky pipe, which was causing flooding under my house. They stopped the huge leak, until other actions could be taken. Dallas and Brandon returned later and replaced the old pipe. The job was not easy because they were dealing with old plumbing in a tight location. They were persistent until the job was accomplished and done right. The office staff are also professional and courteous. I had pleasant conversations with Emily on the telephone and in person. Destinee was the first person I saw when I came through the front door. She greeted me cheerfully and was very helpful. It was a terrible situation to have plumbing issues, especially on a weekend. It was comforting to have a plumbing company to call for help. It was more comforting to have nice men, - Chris, Dallas and Brandon to help solve the problem.

Out with the old in with the new! Dallas and Brandon replaced my 25+ yr old water heater with this new one. They did a great job. They taught me something new when they came out. They forgot to turn on the heater by the switch in my attic and the breaker box. I was not able to get in my attic to reach the switch and Dallas was nice enough to come out after hours and turn it on for me. Brandon would have but Dallas was closer so he came. Very funny yet professional. Will use again for any issue I have in the future.
