If you enjoy yourself a little too thoroughly, you might have to fight off the offers to drive you home. It's not irregular for a full round to be bought for everyone present. PROS: Very roomy space. Recently repainted so it looks nice but you can't hand anything on the walls. Lots of outlets for food. Bar with bartender so no outside drinks allowed but they will serve soda and water too. Competitive price. CONS: Not very professional, only allowed 4 hrs where most others were 5 hrs for the same price. The day we booked we were told we could be there for 11am to decorate when we got there we were told to come back at 1-2 because they had their usual board meeting. (Our party started at 2pm) Then they said 12:30 would work. We were still rushing to get everything done and just had to compromise with what we did get to do. We were packing up the food, decorations, etc... (at the end of the party). We told the group that came in to play cards after us that they could have what was left to snack on but we were taking all the main dishes. Anyway, a man had come up from the bar downstairs and when I went to grab the last tin of food that I was taking home he had took it and left. I was very upset to say the least. He should not have been roaming in from downstairs. He was standing over by the bar upstairs for the last hour of the party also. I would rent from them again as I'm sure that this was a one time thing. I would hope!
