If you need help, please look elsewhere. Great therapists, program facilitators, and recovery specialists, but there is a clear disconnect in communication between upper management and staff. It's sad that such incompetence at the executive level results in a failure to provide adequate treatment of patients.

This was the most comfortable and accommodating detox I have ever been too. The staff did their best to be helpful and hold groups. People should consider how short staffed these places are and the small amount of time we as clients spend there. We can’t expect miracles to always happen. These places are what you make them. I did have a complaint about one of the commitments that came up and I was able to speak to the director of the programs. She made me feel like she was listening and cared what I was saying. I’ve been in much worse facilities and I think if you’re in there complaining it’s more of a you problem than a them problem.
