I am 6 months pregnant with high blood pressure and my medication was put back on the shelf before I was given a chance to go pick it up. I followed the link sent to me in the text they send, claimed my medicine, paid for it too. Get there a few days after I did this only to have them tell me it’s not ready and it’s not even in the system. Then to send me a text saying it’s too soon. I am beyond upset. It’s not acceptable to lie to customers even if it is an automated system. Not acceptable at all.

They have nice pharmacists, but apparently too few. My prescriptions are never ready when I think they will be, so I usually order a refill and then wait like 3 or 4 days. My doctor ordered a new prescription at 3:30PM and it wasn’t ready when I got there at 8:30PM. When I call to check on the status of my prescription ahead of time, I rarely get to speak to someone. They really, really need more help or new management.

Only go here if you want to wait forever for your prescription only to still not be done. This place is worst then the DMV. If you want to be beyond frustrated in addition to being sick, then come here to have valuable time waisted. Prescription sent in around 1pm. Mom went to pick up at 4pm. They said it would take 15 - 20 min and they would overhead page but then they never did so she was waiting longer then she needed to be. She got home with my prescription and they had done a partial fill and filled 2 of the 24 doses but never said anything about not having filled the whole prescription. So she waited an hour for practically nothing. I am going to have to go to another pharmacy and hope they are competent enough to actually give you more then 2 doses of your prescription. The person ahead of her complained because they had called prior to coming in and they had said their prescription was done when it wasn’t. So they had to wait too. Shocker. A time prior to this I went to pick up my prescription that had been sent in. They said it would take an hour. I confirmed with them that there were two prescriptions. I came back an hour later and they said they had only seen one prescription and that I would now have to wait another hour to pick up the other prescription. So I waited a total of 2 hours.

9x out of 10 visits- our experience with the awesome folks in the Pharmacy Drive thru here has been pretty phenomenal. Considering that they're choosing to STILL come to work throughout an insane, unprecedented, frightening pandemic that we're all still learning new facts on each day AND the Pharmacy staff keep smiles on their faces, their customer service has continued to be impeccable, comforting & open with their knowledge of the pandemic & I just continue to be impressed by their positive attitude during a time that many people are stuck in their "grumpies" both regular folks & many professionals. So... No, they do not. Rite Aid [used to] sell cartridges for specific pens and "unpopular flavors" of Juul pods though. I think they were discontinuing vaping-related stuff when this question was posted.
Yes it is very quickly they take a picture and you need to wait only for couple minutes:)
