From out of town, ordered delivery to my hotel room. Took about 20 minutes from order to show up, my delivery gal was extremely nice and pleasant. Pasta was delicious, pizza was good, I'd suggest trying it if you like pizza.

One of the delivery drivers arrived at my house with cold symptoms. He explained to me that he "was getting over a cold." Why was this person handling food or even at work?! Is he even vaccinated?! I took the pizza, walked into my side yard, and threw it directly into the trash. I was just disgusted! I would think a major chain would do a FAR better job at keeping their employees at home if they were sick. What if he got someone else sick? I'm just beyond disappointed and disgusted. His name was Dave and he drove an orange volkswagon.

The pizza was super thin and not very warm. The delivery driver dropped the Cinnabons and spilt them everywhere; to his credit, he went back to the store and brought a fresh order.

Pizza is always good. Tonight the delivery driver just left it outside our door and didn't knock or anything to let us know it had arrived. I like to tip in cash. And since we used up a bunch of hut rewards we wanted to hook the driver up with a nice fat tip but we didn't even know that he got to to our house yet.... so dude missed out on a tip. by the time we realized the pizza was sitting outside our door it had gotten super cold. It is like 39 degrees out right now. We love pizza hut and tonight was a little weird. I work in the service industry and I know what it's like to get stiffed. We didn't do that on purpose.
