The receptionist at the Quincy office never answers phone,gives incorrect messages to Dr.’s& is Rude&demeaning to clients!! You’re lucky if you get Kristen or Jackie at least they are descent to you & you have a chance getting your message through to someone!!

The intake department was fabulous! Very professional, efficient, kind, and easy to talk to. The communication was outstanding. Up-to-date on the times. The process of getting an appointment was easy and quick, but done with care and diligence. I've never experienced this before at any other business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND reaching out to them if you need services!

It's truly a shame that I found a doctor I loved and she ended up moving to this practice....Do not go here if you want anything done in a timely manner. Multiple times when I NEEDED to get in contact with people, I called 20 times and left 2 messages. This happened multiple times when I needed my medication. On top of that, the pharmacy tried what they could to get in contact with my doctor and..........nothing. I don't understand how I called for a whole entire hour and didn't talk to a human once. I'll be switching from here. I truly don't understand how they stay in business if no one is answering the phone. Wish my doctor didn't switch here.
